Usually memory cards have to be purchased separately. Sometimes during special sales, there are memory cards included, but usually only with DSLR’s
You can forget any built-in memory … it is about as worthless as digital zooms. … 1GB SD memory cards cost less than $11 (Sony Memory Sticks are usually more money).
All point and shoot cameras are what they are. Nearly all of them shoot everything in automatic … very few user adjustable controls on-board.
Look at the camera and some others at your favorite electronics store and then decide which you like the best.
As long as you buy a camera made by one of the “big name” camera companies, you will get a great P&S camera.http://www.dpreview.com

Here’s the conclusion from an in-depth review for the W120http://www.steves-digicams.com/2008_revi…
    This camera looks very good.
And like Fhotoace said, if the store’s add doesn’t specifically say that they’ll throw in a memory card for free, you’ll have to buy one separately. The W120 takes ‘Memory stick pro’ cards. A 1 or 2 gigabyte card will suffice.
In case you’re still comparing prices, I find that these are usually the best places for camera gear:http://www.adorama.comhttp://www.amazon.comhttp://www.beachcamera.comhttp://www.bhphotovideo.comhttp://www.ritzcamera.com
If you find a cheaper on-line store, be sure to do a background check herehttp://www.resellerratings.com
    and herehttp://search.bbb.org
And if the store isn’t mentioned favorably on BOTH sites, don’t trust them. It seems that electronics are a favorite area for scam artists.
