   The Zeiss lens on the Sony is fine, but no better than Canon’s lens. Go with the Canon SD122 IS.

   I would go with the Sony… I like Sony more for their compacts… the Carl Zeiss lens on the Sony is much better than the Canon lens… they tend to have more features than Canon… only downside of Sony are those memory stick cards… they are expensive…
   PS oh yeah on Sony has a higher zoom too
   PPS you’re also getting 2 more megapixels with the Sony
