It true and somewhat disconcerting. Not sure I am happy with this purchase. The problem I had was the shipping time. I selected standard shipping, which is listed as 3-5 business days. That would have been plenty of time (with room to spare) for what I wanted, which was to use it for my son's birthday party and both kids' baptisms. Unfortunately, it took almost 3 weeks to receive it! Not sure what happened, but that was too late for both events; very disappointing.
