Are you setting your camera at it’s highest megapixel like 6,7 or 8? Do you have it on fine or super fine? On a bright sunny day do you set your ISO setting at it’s lowest like 80 or 100? Are you pushing shutter down half way to focus, and then shoot. You have to be very still, and the darker the day say a cloudy day you should set your ISO settin say to 400. If you set it to 1600 you will get plenty of grain and unsharp photo. All basic photography.
