One Response to “How Do I Get A Picture Off Of A Sony Cybershot Digital Camera When I Accidentally Pressed File Protect?”

  1. fhotoace says:

First of all stop deleting files from the memory card in the camera. This will eventually corrupt the image index file and you will loose all your images.
When you pres the protect button again, does the image get “unprotected”?
Copy all the images from the card to your computer and then format the card in the camera using the format feature in the cameras menu … every time you copy images over to your computer.
