I’m not sure what a “pic bridge cord” is, however digital camera’s usually come with a USB cord, which you attach first to the camera, and then to a USB port on your PC (check your camera’s user guide).
Once you’ve connected the camera to your PC in this way, the pictures on your camera should look like any other disk on your computer – if you are using Windows, open up File Explorer (press the START key and the letter ‘E’ at the same time), and one of the disk letters that comes up should be pointing to your camera.
From then onwards you can treat the picture files like any other, by selecting them, right-clicking and then choosing copy – then pasting them in another folder or wherever you want to copy the pictures to.
    Hope this helps you.

Did you install the software on the CD that came with your camera? If you did, then all you need to do is plug in your USB cable to your PC and a prompt will come up to ask you if you want to download the pics into a folder with today’s date. After the download, the software will automatically start the browser program for you to see the pics.
    Hope this helps..

what type of photo file (document) are you downloading it into? Open that and you should see an option of ‘download from digital,etc..
Do you have the right ports plugged in? Do you have a slot for the memory stick?
