I have the cord and everything, and i just can’t find where to plug the black and yellow thingies in. Sorry i don’t really know all the mechanical terms…but if you have any idea what im talking about please help!!! thank u!

Read the manual, it’ll tell you what cable you use to connect the camera to the Mac. It’s called a USB cable if you don’t know.
Another way would be to buy a USB card reader and use that to transfer images to the Mac.
You could also launch Image Capture or iPhoto and search/read their Help files for instructions on transferring photos to the Mac.
