The lens got stuck, I guess, and whenever i turn the camera on, it says “Lens error, restart camera”. So, how do I fix this? Or how do I restart the camera?

Restarting the camera just means turning it off and then back on again, that’s all. The camera should still be under warranty and you should return it because a lens error usually needs to be repaired.
The most likely cause of your lens error is that you have restricted the lens from extending in some way. That’s why it’s always a good idea to make sure you turn the camera Off in review mode so the lens won’t automatically extend when you turn it on.
Anyway…plead the usual ignorance I suppose and see if the warranty will cover it.
