   If you’re trying to photograph or video things close-up, your camera will have difficulty locking in the focus.
   So, to help your camera focus close-up, you should press your Macro (close-up) button first. It’s on the left hand-side button on the back of the camera (flower icon).
   To start recording your video, first half-press the shutter button down to allow the camera to lock in the focus and white balance, etc…and then press it all the way down to start recording.
   Hope that solves your problem…
