   OMG.I finally figured it out! I have Canon Powershot sd600 but I’m sure it’s the same thing . . . You need Windows Movie maker. Import the video and it has a special buttom that say’s “take picture” The picture is great quality and you can watch the video in frames to take the best picture possible. Good luck!!!
