I don’t mean the one where it takes a picture every minute, I mean like a clock moving through an hour in a minute long video, or the clouds rolling by at higher speeds in a video. Maximum point to the best answer. Thanks in advance!

Well I would assume you get a big enough SD memory card that can take a long amount of video possibly like an hour of video as you wanted. Rest the camera in that one spot and make sure you have a fresh new pair of batteries in the camera. Record the video, and don’t move it.
Once you’ve recorded enough video that you want. Transfer the video to your computer, if you have some kind of video editing program like Windows Movie Maker this could be useful but this is a free program and sometimes when you have free programs they tend to not have the best of features. I have Sony Vegas 7 and I know that with a feature you can make the speed of the video really fast, you can speed the video up to the point where it’s moving so fast it would seem like it’s a time-lapse video. I haven’t done this but I know with a program like Sony Vegas it is possible to do this.
