normally you should have gotten an installation CD with it . make sure this is installed first , and then connect the camera via USB cable to the Pc and download .Unless you have a memorie card in the camera then you only need to put it in the card reader on your PC.
You should have received a CD with all the software you need with the camera.
Simply plug in the USB cable into the camera and connect it to the computer (through a USB port). Open your camera and then you’d either choose any of the photo editing programs, or just open the cameras folder to upload the photos (Just drag n drop).
There’s no need to install the Sony software into your computer to upload your files.
