   With camera prices dropping it is not a big deal to get a superior camera within $150. Why don’t you check out some other models here http://www.reviewgist.com/digital-camera…
   I recommend the Canon A570 – 7.2 MP, 4x zoom.. you would get one at $128. happy

   How good as compared to what?
   Megapixels determine how large a print you can make from your image, not how good your image is. You can reasonable expect a good 8×10″ print from a 5 MP camera if you don’t have to crop or extensively retouch your image. More megapixels will let you make larger prints and let you do more retouching, but a 5 MP Canon camera will take great pictures when handled properly and not asked to make prints larger than it is designed to do.
   Go for it, use it properly and carefully, and enjoy great pictures!

   pretty decent. i heard something about buying 10+ mp cameras would be a waste of money cos its the same quality of 8-9 MP cameras unless u print it out 2 poster size
   i have a 6 MP kodak and its quality is good enough for me.

   All of the Canon Powershot A4XX series cameras have been good cameras. They’re nice and easy to use, and take great pictures without spending too much time “learning” the camera. Only thing is that they’re are not a slim camera, but instead have a 1960′s camera “retro” look. They will fit in a pocket though, as long as you’re not wearing tight jeans.
