Since it's "very good quality", I'll assume it's the highest quality most cameras support. Most cameras support 640x480 at 30 frames per second, although some go a bit larger. At almost 8 minutes per gig, you're looking at say 15.5 minutes total. One problem is that a lot of cameras have an artificial limit. They shut off after 1GB so you may only be able to record for 8 minutes then you'll have to start a second movie. You should check your manual for specifics.
