How are you transfering the pictures?
via USB? or through the memory card directly?
Here’s the easiest way: insert the SD card into your computer (hopefully you have a slot).
next, open Windows Explorer. click on the drive where the memory card is in…. then just drag and drop!!
Your Canon isn’t made to accept uploads from your computer; the SD memory card isn’t like a flash drive, it stores picture files that the camera has taken ONLY. You can’t put pix on a camera that the camera hasn’t taken.
