   I would call Sony and ask them what to do, you might have to send it in to them and have them fix it. Or you might have to buy a new camera.

   Go to a camera place to see if it is. If they say “yes,” check and see if it’s still under warranty. If so, see if Sony will cover it. The last resort is trying to fix it yourself, but try if you have nowhere else to turn. . . .
