When I put other pictures from other cameras or the internet on my canon they usually cant be shown, how do I change the picture so I can use my camera as a photo-viewer for other files than just the pictures take on that camera.

The PowerShot SD750 can display JPEGs from any source, but they need to be re-saved as “baseline” (NOT optimized or progressive) JPEGs in Photoshop or another image editor, and ideally they should be 640×480 in size.
