It is a model DSC-S650 and the triple flash causes a pause before taking the picture which can interfere with capturing the right subject and pose. Is this a standard feature or is there a way to adjust this setting?

One Response to “I Have A Sony Cybershot Is There A Way To Adjust The Flash To Where It Only Has One Flash Instead Of Three?”

  1. crazyguy says:

Yes. Turn off the red-eye reduction mode. The extra flashes are pre-flashes to cause pupils to contract to minimize the red-eye appearance in flash photos. You can turn it off and it will only flash once.
