I mistakenly had the camera on movie mode for this one shot. Now I need to print it out and it does not show up on the card to print out because it is a movie, not a single shot. I will be happy with just the single shot that shows up when you view pictures.

Using video software select a frame
save it as a jpeg
print.
- Import movie file (.mov?) to pc
- Open Windows movie maker (wmm already bundled w/XP or Vista)
- Import/capture movie file to wmm
- Click TOOLS on menu -> Take picture from preview
Of course, the picture quality would not equal that if the picture was taken in picture mode
