Have you checked your owner’s manual?

None of the Sony DSC-H series cameras have an uncompressed mode (RAW) available.
After a quick check on http://www.dpreview.com, none of Sony’s P&S cameras have such a mode. If you want to stick with Sony, you will have to buy one of the Sony Alpha DSLR’s to acquire the RAW feature
Canon makes a P&S camera with the RAW feature (Canon PowerShot G10) and so does Nikon (Nikon Coolpix P6000)
The problem is, those cameras cost nearly as much as an entry level DSLR with interchangeable lens and a sensor that is over 15 times larger than the P&S camera’s, so economically, it makes more sense to buy an entry level DSLR (under $450) if you really want or need RAW
