It doesn’t matter how “still” the subject is…the pictures come out looking “double exposed” or something. Any idea what could be causing it?

    There isn’t enough light and the camera is keeping the shutter open longer to compensate.
    You either need to kick up the ISO setting, or if you are already using flash, turn it on to a different scene mode.
    Are you using the night scene mode? If so, the camera is deliberately keeping the shutter open to expose the background more.
    Change to one of the regular Program modes and see if that helps.

    The same thing happens to me with my cybershot sometimes. All you have to do is either turn the flash on or off depending on the lighting. Try the different picture taking settings until you get the quality you want.

    Take the camera outdoors and test it in sunlight.
    Does this only happen indoors when using flash?

    hey that happened to me took me ages to figure out but u know the lens wipe that with a clean cloth and see if that helps ?
