   oookkk. first of all be sure and re-check the settings. if that doesn’t work you should probably give it to to a technician or if the warranty didn’t expire give it to sony and let them fix it.

   Hit it! LOL…
   Take it back where you got it and have them try to make it work. If they can’t I bet they’d do something to help make it right if they appreciate you as a customer.
