Canon supports the new S90, a camera for photographers, a camera, I waited the whole summer. I buy a place of the day it was available, and after shooting several hundred pictures over a week, I took her into the shop. The S90 is presenting some of the worst barrel distortion I've seen from any camera, much worse than my SD780IS or SD950IS my even older. For me, the S90 is a camera that most things well, but nothing extraordinary. Endless scene modes and video are not things that I think are necessary, but the camera almost all the high end point and shoot scenario with these characteristics offer ", which also serves to make the S90 more special. Now I am waiting for the X1 also announced a Leica camera for photographers. . We'll see.

Received this camera yesterday. Great camera with sharp images with little luz.He read through all the comments and I must say that I personally believe we are all waiting for a DSLR camera in a small IXUS face and drops it – not just gonna happen! Not for a number of years anyway – if not all have perfect sales (up to 5 years old) camera manufacturers, the millions, given the espĂritu.Sin however, said he personally liked what I see on the images of the sample both the G11 and S90, GREAT color and depth, and gentle enough to keep many details of the post-processing that allows IT management is what you are looking for a PRO to stroll around pocket camera USE PERSONAL.Algunas Photos taken with S90 under : [. . . ]

I had expected an update on my PowerShot SD870, and while I'm sure it's used in terms of image quality and low light, the camera feels cheap and plastic. Position of the shutter button seems too far forward and to the left of the dial is moving quickly and unexpectedly, and above all not just a pleasant experience. Canon had the metal chamber as LX3 Dlux-4 or earlier, or even as his power shots that would have something! It looks like I have to give back.

Yes, it is a real gem. Easy to use, portable, with some good features, low light performance is impressive (tested to ISO 400 and 800) in particular. Zoom is abit on the short side, but that's understandable. Love the front and rear and custom button rings. Waited several years to come to this. LX3 is a good camera, but the entire zoom range and size of death for me.

Note Before reading my review, please, that I have heard (and most commonly sold) 27 digital cameras since 1992. All the way from the simplest and Oregon Scientific digital point shooters Logitech and Canon SLR, Fujise, Panasonic, Samsung, Casio, Nikon, Kodak, etc. No camera in this very long list, I was disappointed as much as the camera. It is overvalued the way and twice the price it should be. It is a good camera in low light, but only slightly better than my EX200 Fuji, generally has the best photos in addition to a low-end digital SLR. Photos with full light and contrast are better with the EX200 or one of the big Panasonic Lumix or Canon cameras. And I know how to use the Canon camera. And I have about a dozen Canon digital one. With all the manual settings and automatic adjustment for tests, I went on a trip Yosemite, the camera, a F200EXR Fuji, Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3K Canon A1100 and Panasonic Lumix FZ28. All had better pictures as well or better than the S90. Certainly not a bad camera, it is very overpriced and overrated. As for full-size images on a monitor, RAW, less expensive Canon cameras have the quality equal to the pixel level.
