i just got a new laptop, and went to plug my sony cybershot DSC-W80 into it to get some pics onto my laptop, and it wont transfer, it says i dont have the driver software, i looked on the net and apparently vista is supposed to have it already. where would i go to get software? any help would be awesome,

    i think you need to install the CD-ROM of that camera in your laptop. did you buy the camera by yourself? is it new? because new cameras have equipped CD-ROM. if you don’t have it, you can browse on the net to look for the software of that camera over the Sony Cyber-shot com. and check also your laptop if USB drivers are available. maybe the USB cable port has problem. check the manual of your camera too.
