I have just started a photography course and need to know how to change the shutter speed and iris setting on my Sony DSC W55. I have looked in the instruction manuals and cannot find the answer – it automatically changes the settings and i need to be able to work it manually. Any ideas?

My friend bought a Sony Cybershot DSC-T5 and DSC-T7 from Japan. And hey, guess what, they both use Japanese user interfaces. Is it possible to change ‘em into English or does she need to take Japanese night classes?

I’m just learning about photography and I have a Canon PowerShot S5-IS Point & Shoot. I’ve been reading about f-stop and I can’t seem to figure out where on my camera to change it? I’m wondering if it isn’t called something else on the Canon Cameras?
