Usually, when I would connect it with the cord, it would pop up and give me the option to “Transfer All Untransfered Pictures”. Now, the pop up doesn’t happen. I’m doing all the things I did before (such as putting the camera onto the picture viewing option and leaving the camera on as it says to do), put the pop up for transferring the pictures doesn’t show up. What is wrong, and is there a solution? Thank you!

It’s an 8 Megapixel camera, and when i connect my memory stick to the computer and try to play video, it freezes every 2 seconds. The audio and visual. Is there a certain program I can use to help fix that or something?
I have tried Windows Media Player and Quicktime.
