I just got this cam used,but not too sure how it works. I know it has a battery,but can you charge it with an adapter also? I don’t have a cord to recharge.Will I need a cord?

in the menu thing there isnt a thing that says delete all images?
I dropped my camera when i was about to take a picture and now the lense when i turn it on will not go in or out so i cannot take a picture..its jammed somehow is it fixable?
