Can anybody recommend a zoom lens that is compatible with a Canon powershot A40?

Why is the video quality so poor on this camera? Are there settings to improve the video quality? I wish I could find my manual.

I already tried to just plug it in but it said that it could not find the correct drive, and now nothing even comes up.

I read a review about the Griffin PowerBlock AC charger in which the customer stated they could charge their camera via this usb charger. However, the PowerBlock is intended for i-pod charging.
Also, has anyone noticed a difference between the generic AC Adapter Kits and name brand? Do these AC adapter Kits actually recharge the batteries when plugged into the camera?

so i recently just got my canon powershot s90 and its great, but one problem, how can i tell if im shooting in RAW mode? i set it to raw mode, and when i try taking out the pictures from the camera its all JPEG files? is RAW also in JPEG too? or is there another name for it? how come i cant see RAW files?
