I have a sony cybershot DSC-W55 and out of no where yesterday it was flashing E:91:01 on the screen and my flash isnt working either, is there anyway to fix this?

Also which one is best and fairly priced for my budget around 100 dollars

Can any memory card go with any camera? Do I need a specific type for mine?
