I have a Sony Cyber-Shot camera, model DSC-W55, and whenever I try to turn it on, there’s a prompt on the screen that says “Turn the power off and on again” and the viewfinder doesn’t pop out. When I turn the power off and on again, it doesn’t work. I’m able to view the pictures I took on the 4th of July, I only have about 40 on there, and the battery is fully charged.
Any suggestions?

Mine is doing the same thing, I think it is time for a new camera.
Mine did that a few times and it was new. Just keep doing what the camera is telling you to do.
