When I first got the camera, it worked like a charm. Someone could be running full speed by me, and if I snapped a pic it’d come out clear and crisp. Since then people have been tweaking the settings (against my will) and now it takes crappy pictures! Can someone tell me what I should change the settings to? I really want my old, nice working camera back lol.

Well what might help is keep your megapixels setting at 8; and on a bright sunny day set your ISO the lowest it goes. In your case 80. Only increase the ISO as lighting dictates. Shots on cloudy days or indoors not using flash, increase your ISO. I would not go above 400.
usually if you click menu theres a section on most canon’s that allow you to go back to the original “factory settings” if that doesnt work then try individually going back to each setting (flash, ISO etc.) and setting them back to default. Point and shoot cameras are made to do the work for you! Its usually best to leave the settings on default
