   The noise you’re seeing is probably MJPEG compression artifacts, a compression scheme that is frequently used on P&S cameras. You’re probably stuck with what you have. The video on P&S cameras tend to be poor quality as the camera is optimized for taking still pictures.
   It could also be sensor noise compounded by the compression scheme. A well lit scene (more light) will reduce sensor noise.

   look in the manul and try and figure it out, and go deeper within the options and find something regarding the noise.
