   I’ve worked with both the S2 IS and the S5 IS. I’ve liked both cameras.
   The auto focus and mode works well on both of the cameras and the preset scene mode is neat, too.
   The macro focus on my S2 went bad about two years after I bought it.
   I haven’t had my S5 for a long time, so I can’t tell you if they fixed the problem.

   It’s a good camera-the S5 IS has more features but the image quality isn’t quite as good.
   I would wait until after PMA at the end of January.
