The SX110 IS is a small point & shoot camera. You can’t remove it’s lens, so you can’t fit a telephoto lens to it.
Look at a dSLR if you want a better camera…

While there are some inexpensive add-on lenses you can put on some P&S cameras, the quality of the images will be relatively poor when compared to a true interchangeable lens used on a DSLR.
