To add to the previous answer, which is pretty good, you can also buy a 52mm adapter instead of the 58mm. Canon's products are 58mm. Just make sure to buy the right size converters and filters.

You'll need Canon LAH-DC20 which includes both the lens adapter LA-DC58E and the hood LH-DC40.
The only lenses compatible with it are Canon TC-DC58B Teleconverter lens, Canon WC-DC58A Wide Converter lens, and Canon Close Up lens 500D 58mm. As to which is best, they are all the best depending on what you want to shoot. You want more 'zoom', you'll need the teleconverter. You want a wider view, you'll need the wide converter. If you want to focus really close to an object, you'll need the Close-up lens.
About the only other answer you'll get is that camera is not an SLR, so it doesn't have interchangeable lenses.
