   It’s something Canon stocks at their warehouse. They’re the only one’s who can do it, and I’m 99% positive they won’t give/sell you the piece. Send it in to them and they’ll replace it.

   Canon are the only people who can do it , and it will cost anywhere from $250.00 to do it , best of luck , maybe it`s time to buy another camera and be more careful next time , I know you do not want to hear that , but it`s true sorry!!
