   What capacity is your memory card? My Canon SD1000 gets about 8 minutes of 640×480 video on my 1gb card.
   To be honest it sounds to me like you’re using the build-in memory of the camera or you’re using the memory card that came with it. If that’s the case those things are only like 16mb (1000mb in one gb) and that would explain your short video. If this is the case you can pick up a 1gb SD card for about $20 at any place that sells cameras.

   maybe you should lower the quality of the video? either that or there is very little space on your memory card.
