   All but three camera companies use your SD memory cards. Sony P&S cameras only uses Memory Sticks, Olympus and some Fujifilm P&S cameras use xD cards. All the rest of the P&S cameras use the nearly universal SD memory card

   All Sony cameras (excluding their dSLR) ONLY use Memory Stick or Memory Stick PRO Duo cards.
   You will most likely have to buy a Memory Stick PRO Duo…this is recommended if you want to be able to record high quality (VX Fine) movies.

   Sony digital cameras (and most all of their electronic products) use Memorystick or Memorystick Pros.
